At youngskincare.com we strive to process your order in a timely manner. After your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your order details. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us immediately to make sure your order went through. Stock items are usually shipped 24-48 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time estimates shown on checkout page refers to business days, as we are closed on weekends.
Free Shipping for Domestic Orders Over $100
Free shipping can not be combined with any other discount, including Wholesale discounts.
We ship orders worldwide - Price and delivery time varies depending on weight, destination shipping address and shipping method.
Florida Customers - Since we are located in South Florida, the quickest and most reliable way to ship within Florida is UPS Ground (in most cases). Once shipped, UPS Ground is usually delivered next day.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, including returns.
Shipping cost can be calculated on the product page by clicking "Estimate Shipping" or once you’ve added the item(s) to your shopping cart.
Unfortunately we cannot ship orders in a regular envelope since it will not come with tracking and insurance. All of our shipments (except USPS First Class International mail) come with tracking which is important to us. We do not profit on the shipping charges, they are the actual costs for shipping with the tracking and/or insurance.
NOTE: We highly recommend choosing USPS Priority Express or UPS. Please be aware that USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail packages are more likely to get lost or damaged (approximately 2% of cases). We are not responsible for the shipping option you select. By purchasing, the buyer assumes all responsibility of the option chosen.
All International orders are sent using United States Postal Service (USPS)
First Class International Mail (7-14 business days, sometimes longer depending on the efficiency of the USPS and/or customs) - does not come with tracking
Priority International Mail** (6-10 business days - comes with tracking & insurance)
Package Returned by Delivery Service due to Invalid Address
We understand that typos or mistakes happen, and we will happily re-send your package to the correct address, however customer assumes shipping and handling charges in order for the shipment to be re-sent.
